Genesis of Gonorrhoea
Gonorrhoea, the sexually transmitted disease spreads due to a bacterium called Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Even though it is said that it comes with having an intercourse, the microorganism can also spread to the partner even if the person dont ejaculate during the act.
The disease comes to a person in mainly in the ways which include vaginal intercourse, anal intercourse and oral intercourse. Unlike other STDs, gonorrhoea can easily expand its effect to another person by just touching the infected area which can be any part of the body.
Fortunately, the germs cannot live outside the body for more than few seconds so it has been found that the disease will not spread by touching external materials like clothes or toilet seats. However, the infection can be passed from an infected mother to her baby during delivery. But babies born by the cesarean method is less likely to get gonorrhoea.
